Project Supervisors – Civil & Infrastructure

With the company showing continued growth, we are seeking Project Supervisors to join our Civil & Infrastructure team to work on our various projects. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist in coordinating project activities and liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure various tasks are carried out in line with work specifications and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

About the role:

This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Supervising project work, personnel and subcontractors to ensure the management of project timelines
  • Developing and reviewing JSA’s and Risk Assessments
  • Training and mentoring staff on project sites
  • Supporting toolbox meetings and other communications relevant to the project occur as required
  • Implementing project specific health, safety and environmental plans
  • Checking and preparing reports, designs and drawings
  • Capturing all project works into a detailed diary and communicate to the project team
  • Notifying Project Manager of variations and EOTs / delays
  • Supporting negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses
  • Ensuring Subcontractor compliance e.g., having appropriate licenses, insurances etc. prior to starting works

About you:

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Construction trade Qualificaton
  • Construction White Card and Current driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain DCSI and Defence clearance
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment
  • Open to travel interstate
