The Building Services division continues to grow rapidly and is hard at work building up our construction profile
The Building Services division has been in operation since 2006, and Divisional Manager Shaun Emery and his team have been hard at work building up our construction profile.
One of our largest clients, SA Water, recently contracted McMahon Services to coordinate the construction of a new amenities building at their Port Lincoln depot from structure through to finishes.
The Building Services team showcased their diverse skills-set completing concrete, carpentry, linings, roofing, hydraulic services, painting, tiling and metal works.
The project also called for additional services including; the connection of a new sewer line from the new building to the existing depot; water connection to the new building; and the installation of toilet and shower partitions and timber screens.
The team proved their ability to handle complex conditions, with the project demanding remote works, transporting materials and site amenities to Port Lincoln and then mobilising on-site. The project also required us to carefully coordinate our works with the Civil Contractor and local subcontractors.
The Division continues to grow rapidly and tackles projects from new builds through to refurbishments.
