McMahon Services experiences record YoY growth, appointing two new executive leaders

McMahon Services is pleased to announce the addition of two new executive leaders who will help propel the company’s growth and success. The company has recorded an average 30% year on year growth since 2020 and is on track to achieve 34% growth this year.

Ben Sullivan has been appointed as Executive General Manager, Environmental Services. In his new role, Ben will spearhead the growth of the company’s Environmental Services Customer Stream, positioning the business for the future by embedding innovation, technology, and agility to meet ever-changing customer demands. 

Prior to joining McMahon Services, Ben held executive positions at Veolia Australia/New Zealand and Linfox, where he led unprecedented growth and secured contracts with major clients such as Bechtel/Chevron.

Naomi Heritage, a qualified FCCA executive leader, has been appointed as Executive General Manager, Asset Operations and Sustainment. In her role, Naomi will drive profitability across McMahon Services’ various asset classes. 

Throughout her career, Naomi has held various positions, including Director of Finance at Western Hospital SA, Senior Commercial Finance Analyst at Enerven, Acting Finance Manager at Calvary Health Care, and Deputy Finance Manager at HCA International Ltd in London, providing strategic leadership and management in the overall planning, development, deployment, and control of finances and resources, ensuring objectives were achieved.

The expansion of executive leadership comes at an exciting time for McMahon Services, as the company continues to experience record YoY growth growth across Australia and New Zealand.

McMahon Services has recorded an average YoY growth rate of 30% since 2020 and is forecast to achieve a 34% growth rate in 2023. 

Key projects contributing to the growth in 2022/23 include the demolition of the old Royal Adelaide Hospital and renewal of the Lot Fourteen site in South Australia, the Port Wakefield to Port Augusta Overpass and Highway Duplication Project.
