About the role:

Reporting to the National WHSEQ Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create business processes simple and easy to use for internal customers reflecting the Company’s values and enhance external customer’s experience. The successful candidate for this role would assist the WHSEQ Team review, develop, and implement Business Management Systems and ensure it is maintained. This position will form part of the WHSEQ team and will be based in head office at Dry Creek, SA.

Responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Document control of the Business Management System (BMS) and maintenance of Company’s BMS Register of Documents
  • Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures to ensure continual improvement of BMS
  • Updating system documentation in consultation with the relevant SME(s)
  • Assisting in simplification of systems, process and Change Management process
  • Assisting in implementation of new Business Management System (BMS) processes
  • Carry out internal Business Management System auditing as required
  • Supporting and assisting WHSEQ department and other managers in relation to BMS systems and process
  • Assisting the WHSEQ Compliance Lead prepare monthly WHSEQ board reports and Management of Change
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as and when required by the National WHSEQ Manager and WHSEQ Compliance Lead

About You:

To be successful in the role, you will need;

  • Qualification as Lead Auditor
  • Demonstrated years of experience in System lead/management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of WHSEQ principles and their application
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
  • Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent (desirable)
  • Ability to obtain ADF DCAC & Police Check
  • Construction Industry White Card and Current Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently
