McMahon Services own and maintain over 1400 major plant items comprising of dozers, excavators, graders, rollers, loaders, dump trucks, prime movers, low loaders, cranes and more.

We are seeking an experience qualified diesel mechanic for the role of Field Service Truck Technician.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the candidate will form part of the South Australian maintenance team based at the national head office in Dry Creek.

 

Work Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Dry Creek, SA

About the role:

This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Servicing of all types of plant and machinery
  • Communicating to site supervisors, pre job planning
  • Scheduling of allocated work load for efficient day plans
  • Repair and maintenance of various plant; earthmoving, trucks etc.
  • Diagnose and repair Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic Systems
  • Assist in specialist equipment builds

About you:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Demonstrated experience Tradesman
  • Relevant trade qualifications, Cert 3 in Heavy Vehicle
  • Current driver’s license (MR/HR Preferred)
  • Komatsu & Caterpillar Earthmoving experience desired
  • White card with construction site ad field experience preferable
  • Field service experience preferred
