Project Managers – Civil & Infrastructure, Adelaide

With the company showing continued growth, we seek Project Managers to join our Civil & Infrastructure team to work on our various projects. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be strategically managing projects through effective management of people and processes to deliver the projects on time, within budget and to achieve the desired outcomes aligned with the company’s objectives and in compliance with all relevant legislations.

Key Responsibilities:

This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Monitoring and reviewing progress reports to align with broader outcome goals
  • Managing and reviewing contractors, sub-contractors, service suppliers and other project vendors and direct improvements as required
  • Reviewing and approving Notices of Delay, variations, EOT submissions and progress claims
  • Reviewing and approving supplier/subcontractor invoices
  • Performing overall quality control of the work and regularly reporting on project status
  • Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholder
  • Leading and managing the project team for effective project delivery

About You:

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Tertiary engineering qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Construction White Card and Current driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain DCSI and Defence clearance
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment
