About the role:

We seek exceptional Multi Skilled Plant Operators with proven history of operating plant on civil construction sites to join our Civil & Infrastructure Customer stream.

Reporting to the QLD Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate a variety of plant on civil project sites as instructed, ensuring high quality project delivery whilst adhering to WHSEQ processes.

You will hold tickets and be proficient in operating either Excavators, Graders, Loaders, Haul Trucks and Rollers. Working away may be part of this role.

To be successful in this role you must possess;

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a ticketed Plant Operator
  • Willingness to work in a high performing team and complete labouring duties as required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and problem solve
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Tickets such as Grader, Excavator, Loader, Bobcat, Haul Truck and Roller
  • Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience with GPS machine control advantageous but not essential
  • Proven experience and ability in construction of roads, bulk and detailed excavation works will be highly advantageous, and Senior First Aid training desirable.
