About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Final Trim Grader Operator with proven history of operating on civil construction sites to join our Civil, Infrastructure and Remediation business unit.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate a M Series Grader on civil project sites as instructed, ensuring high quality project delivery whilst adhering to WHSEQ processes. Working away will be part of this role.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following;

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Grader Operator
  • Willingness to work in a high performing team and complete labouring duties as required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and problem solve
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience with GPS / UTS machine control is essential
  • Proven experience and ability in construction of roads, shoulder works, bulk filling and  pad construction
  • Senior First Aid training desirable
  • Must be able to comply with police check and drug testing/ medical requirements
