Our Commercial building team delivers projects ranging from $1m – $30m and is now expanding into Western Australia to add this service to our existing civil, demolition and asbestos offering.

About the Role:

We seek a Construction Supervisor with a strong trade background to join our Building and Construction stream, focusing on supervising our commercial building projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about site safety, quality, and compliance, utilising their trade expertise to ensure adherence to safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our stream within the region.

An exciting position for a licensed Site Supervisor to join the Building & Construction team on the ground as we build our Construction business.

Location: Perth, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Commercial building projects and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and business processes.
  • Support site safety compliance and promote a culture of safety excellence.
  • Assist the Project Manager in scoping new works, engaging subcontractors, and participating in tendering and customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications for each project.
  • Reading, interpreting, and communicating plans effectively with relevant stakeholders.

About you:

To be successful, you will need: 

  • Strong trade background with experience in Construction Supervision or related roles.
  • Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card
  • Building Supervisors license (Preferred)
  • Passion for site safety, quality, and compliance
  • A problem-solving and innovative approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • To be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment.
  • Ability on occasions to travel within Western Australia to our regional construction sites. In return you will be provided with additional LAFHA (living away from home allowance)
  • Experience in delivering projects for Defence or Defence industry customers (Preferred but not essential)
