General Manager - Preconstruction
Joining the Company in 2018 as the Business Manager for civil construction and environmental remediation works, Charles brought his significant experience in project management, estimating, and project delivery strategies for new works. He leads the bids on civil and marine construction work for the Company.
Charles has 18 years of experience in contract management, business development, Government Policy, resource planning, and logistics in locations as diverse as the Cook Islands, East Timor, the United States, New Zealand, and Australia.
His focus in construction has been on urban renewal and associated infrastructure development with a focus on government and private development as well as projects of environmental significance.
Charles is the President and of the Civil Contractors Federation South Australia.
