  • Flashing’s were installed to all roof penetrations and gable end barges to make water tight seal and create a neat uniform edge detail;
  • Painting of timber fascia and eaves;
  • New storm water drainage was installed to allow water catchment to flow quicker and more effective;
  • A new roof access ladder with a static line was installed to allow contractors to work on the roof safely without the use of EWP or Boom lifts for access and edge protection.

The project team completed the works outside of school hours, and during the Christmas and school holiday period. This allowed the team to complete the high risk works without disturbing the school schedule, as well as students, teachers and visitors.
