Steve has over 20 years of experience in engineering design, project management, construction management, strategic business development and operational roles in the civil construction industry. His expertise includes bridge, road, rail, marine, water treatment, pipelines, mine infrastructure, power infrastructure, Defence asset delivery.
Steve has been responsible for securing and delivering major projects nationally including road and rail, marine, water, energy and power and resources infrastructure. He also works with clients to manage project risks and to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
Previous to joining McMahon Services, Steve held various senior roles with a Tier 2 national civil construction company including National Strategic and Business Development Manager, State Manager for New South Wales and Western Australia, and General Manager. He was responsible for growing the company’s business revenue and geographical reach creating a nation-wide civil construction company.
Early in his career Steve worked in various roles in engineering and construction including construction project management, civil and environmental design and asset management.
