About the Role:

We are seeking multiple trade qualified Carpenters to join our Building and Construction Services team to work on our various projects. This role would suit trade qualified applicants with good attention to detail and a safety focused approach to work.

Success in this role will enable you to demonstrate the following:

  • Working with a team, to ensure compliance with clients and McMahon Services’ safety, quality and business processes
  • Writing and reviewing JSA’s and risk assessments
  • Read, interpret and communicate plans effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
  • Effective communication skills to build positive relationships with clients, project team,
    management, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Use problem-solving abilities to find innovative solutions

Skills and experience:

  • Certificate III in Carpentry
  • General knowledge of all building and construction site works
  • Able to take direction and work unsupervised
  • Team player that can also work autonomously
  • Must have own tools
  • Construction White Card
  • Current Driver’s Licence (HR licence will be an advantage)
