State Manager - NSW

Shaun is a member of the Senior Leadership team, undertaking the role of State Manager – NSW.

Having a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Studies, Construction Management, Shaun commenced with McMahon Services as a Contract Administrator in the Civil Division, progressing to Estimator and Project Manager.

Shaun demonstrated strong leadership and management skills throughout his progression within the company and, coupled with his background in building, Shaun developed the Building Services Division in 2007 as the original Building Services Divisional Manager, and has since relocated to Sydney, NSW to front our operations there.

Commencing with a staff of 3 and an annual turnover of ~ $3 million, Shaun has grown the Building Services Division to a multidisciplinary division of 40 staff and tradesmen, whilst making a significant contribution to the McMahon Services Group turnover.

Having spent considerable time in all areas of the McMahon Services business, Shaun is able to assist clients with advice on Civil Construction, Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Roofing and the full range of construction activities offered by Building Services, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Ceilings, Linings, Electrical, Concreting and Construction Management.

Within the Division, Shaun maintains a focus on delivering his projects safely, without environmental damage, on time, on budget, in a culturally sensitive manner, and to the clients’ absolute satisfaction.
