Sarah joined McMahon Services in 2015 with over 15 years of experience in estimating and proposals across the civil, water, and infrastructure industries across the UK and Australia.
Having spent five years developing the Company’s proposals content and introducing streamlined and consistent processes, Sarah was selected to manage McMahon Services’ newly formed in-house Learning Academy (MAC).
MAC provides all employees access to structured training and career progression opportunities, creating a highly trained and committed workforce, and maintaining our high staff retention numbers.
Sarah is responsible for the continual development and implementation of a robust learning and development strategy for the Company, which includes a combination of new learning experiences, exposure to coaching and mentoring opportunities, and access to fully tailored educational programs.
Sarah brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s service range, drive for continual improvement of Company systems, and a commitment to improving personnel wellbeing, ensuring our people have the right skills to excel in their chosen role.
