We seek exceptional Multi Skilled Plant Operators with proven history of operating plant to a high standard on construction sites to join our Western Australia team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate a variety of plant on project sites as instructed, ensuring high quality project delivery. You will hold tickets, be proficient in operating Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Bulldozers, Haul Trucks and Rollers and willing to work away as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role you must possess the following;

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a ticketed Plant Operator
  • Willingness to perform labouring duties as required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and problem solve
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Tickets such as Bulldozer, Grader, Excavator, Loader, Bobcat, Haul Truck and Roller
  • Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience with GPS machine control advantageous but not essential

Proven experience and ability in working on mine sites including demolition with shear attachment, remediation of contaminated soils, bulk and detailed excavation works will be highly advantageous, and Senior First Aid training desirable.
