Reporting directly to the Planner/ Systems Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to establish document control processes in project management platforms such as Procore, InEight, and Aconex. This will include providing ongoing administrative support to the project teams, contract manager, estimators, project managers and project engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in creation of projects within the relevant system
  • Responsible for document control measures are adhered to
  • Support designing the processes and document templates required to define project management activities under the project management platforms
  • Support the team to execute project management activities within the platform
  • Design and provide Business unit level reporting of all platforms to the EGM
  • Provide support via various media to communicate with the stakeholders for support and troubleshooting
  • Provide training on the project management platforms to all the necessary stakeholders, specifically the project team and users

While based at our head office in Dry Creek, you will be required to be mobile as our projects are based throughout Australia.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Document Control field
  • Experience in the construction industry is desirable
  • Understanding of project delivery and commercial requirements
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong administration, planning and organisation skills
  • Experience with systems, processes and procedures
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in using Project Management platforms such as Procore, InEight, Aconex and Adobe will be highly regarded
