Seymour College

McMahon Services were contracted by Kennett to complete various services including asbestos removal, roofing and cladding reinstatement of the auditorium and surrounding buildings at Seymour College. Work commenced over a three month period, during the school holidays so as not to disrupt school proceedings and meet Spotless guidelines.

Scaffolds and a boom lift were required to complete roofing and cladding works at various levels. Spanform metallic was used for the external wall cladding. Special care was required to achieve the smooth curves and seamless joins desired by the client and architect. Stainless steel rainheads and downpipes completed the works.
