General building maintenance of DTEI properties in the Far North West of South Australia.
Since January 2009 McMahon Services has held the maintenance contract with Building Management Division for general building maintenance of DTEI properties in the Far North West of South Australia.
As McMahon Services has DTEI pre-qualification, the building management division approached McMahon Services to perform maintenance on all the DETI properties throughout the APY lands.
This was agreed through McMahon Services providing a Schedule of rates and being prepared to maintain properties on a case by case basis. The Building Services Division of McMahon Services provides the following to DTEI properties:
- Ceilings and Linings including eaves linings
- Carpentry, Painting, Tiling
- Cladding, Roofing
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Brickwork, Masonry
- Concreting
- Carpet and Vinyl Coverings
- Ceramic Floor and Wall Tilings
- Landscaping Services
