Over the past 25 years, McMahon Services has investigated air conditioning systems that not only contain asbestos based millboard or trace dust contamination, but large quantities of sprayed asbestos in inaccessible locations.
McMahon Services has developed a proven, patented and unique solution to thoroughly clean asbestos contamination from ductwork. The mobile self-contained work area enables cleaning to be undertaken safely, without the need to establish large enclosures which are disruptive to tenants.
The patented process ensures superior surface cleaning with no re-working of areas, and eliminates the need to introduce harmful chemicals into the duct to seal surface residue.
We also use video inspection equipment which includes the R.I.C.O EHS. Unlike other remote inspection cameras, the EHS Model is the first camera to use digital transmission technology that permits the camera to be accurately steered within an air conditioning duct, enabling precise inspection of all surfaces and joints.
