Plumbing Services
Our Building Services division offers highly skilled tradesmen with exceptional experience across all buildings works, from refurbishments and maintenance through to new builds.
As part of this division, our in-house plumbing provides complete solutions for all your commercial and industrial plumbing needs.
We deliver project specific plumbing design and conception in partnership with clients and stakeholders, through to the provision of detailed cost breakdowns, regulatory approvals, new installations or modifications to existing installations.
Through our multi-disciplinary approach, we also offer associated trades such as electrical works, plastering, flooring, carpentry, painting and tiling.
Water services
- Installation of, and modifications to, all pipework and associated fittings supplying drinkable and non-drinkable water
- Installation of filtered and treated water
- Installation of grey water systems
- Commercial pipe replacement and repair
Hot water
- Supply and installation of new gas, solar or electric hot water services, including replacement of existing facilities as required
- Installation of associated equipment such as boiler/chiller units and dishwashers
- Installation of Thermostatic Mixing Valves and tempering valves on hot water pipes
Sanitary ware and tap ware
- Supply and installation of all sanitary ware, tap ware, electronically controlled tap ware and flushing devices
- Installation of associated electrical equipment such as hand dryers
- Installation of code compliant disabled grab rails
Gas services
- Installation of and modifications to all pipework and associated fittings required for gas appliances
Trade waste systems including wash bays
- Design and installation of and modifications to waste water disposal systems in consultation with SA Water and the client to ensure environmentally friendly solutions
- These systems include grease and oil arresters, neutralising pits, settlement tanks, PH dosing and treatment plants for water reuse
Sewerage and pump systems
- Installation of and modifications to sewerage and pumping systems
- Installation of waste water or sewerage pump stations and septic tanks
Backflow valves
- Installation of and modifications to backflow valves
- Testing of backflows in accordance with regulations and submission of results to regulatory authorities
Eco-Plumbing
- Design and installation of, or modifications to, plumbing including installation of rainwater tanks which can be connected to buildings, irrigation or wash bays
- Installation of water saving appliances
- Development of waste water and grey water treatment and reuse systems
Stormwater drainage systems
- Installation of and modifications to stormwater systems
- Installation stormwater sump and pollutant traps
Fire hydrant and hose reel systems
- Installation of and modifications to pipework and associated fittings for the connection of fire hydrants and fire hose reels
